Sign in to the EDIS customer portal with your customer number and password.

1. Open “Stammdaten” (customer details) in the left menu.
2. Select “Adresse/Zahlungsweise” (address/payment method).
3. Enter your new password twice at the bottom of the page.
4. Select “Speichern” (Save).

Your customer number remains unchanged. Use the new password the next time you sign in.
